- Gas-burning furnace: Includes an annual fall tune-up for $9.95 per month
- Air conditioner: Includes an annual spring tune-up for $9.95 per month
- Ductless mini-split system or heat pump: Includes spring and fall maintenance for $19.95 per month
- Tanked water heater (flush and drain): Includes annual flush and drain for $9.95 per month
- Tankless water heater (maintenance service): Includes annual comprehensive maintenance for $19.95 per month

- No Diagnostic Fee's: As a member, we won't charge you for asking the questions. We'll come diagnose the situation and find a solution for free.
- No Overtime Fee's: We'll come at any time and stay as long as we need to solve the problem.
- 5% Discount on HVAC & Plumbing Repairs & Installs: Update your system as a comfort club member. We'll take 5% off the install!
- 10% Discount on Air & Water Filtration Products: Keep your home running smoothly. Ask us about the products you might need to update!
- Saved Equipment, Filter, Service, & Warranty Records: We'll keep track of your history so we can better service you when something comes up.
